EXPERT CARE FOR PERIMENOPAUSE AND MENOPAUSE FROM WOMEN'S HEALTH GPs

Specialised Menopause Care, Anywhere in Australia.

Your Specialised Menopause Clinic

As two women’s health GPs who know firsthand the challenges of finding quality care for the perimenopause and menopause, we have created a service tailored specifically to the needs of women during this stage of life.

Are you struggling to get the menopause care you need?

You’re not alone. Many women face dismissal of their symptoms or receive outdated advice, leaving them feeling frustrated and unsupported in their healthcare journey.

At Menopause GP, we understand because we’ve been there. As experienced clinicians with personal experience navigating perimenopause, we’ve created a service dedicated to providing the expert, comprehensive care that women need during this transition.

Our telehealth (phone or video) consultations make specialised menopause care accessible to women across Australia, with clear pricing, no hidden fees, and no complicated subscriptions. Just straightforward, expert care when you need it.

Book your consultation today and experience the personalised care you’ve been looking for.

We ensure you have the time and support to fully address your concerns.

Menopause
Focused

Perimenopause and menopause are what we do! By focusing solely on the menopause transition, we have a more in-depth understanding of the topic and can provide detailed, comprehensive care that goes beyond what a standard doctor’s appointment can offer.

Expert
Knowledge

Our consultations are grounded in the latest global research on perimenopause and menopause. From Menopause Hormone Therapy (HRT) to other treatment and lifestyle options, we ensure our advice is always evidence-based and current.

GP-owned

and Run

We are not a large corporation or a pharmaceutical company. We are two GPs who genuinely care about doing menopause care better. Know the cost up front, book an appointment and get the treatment you need - no hidden fees or subscriptions.

Convenient and
Efficient

We know that you’re busy, so we aim to get you started on effective treatment from the first visit. We do a pre-consultation assessment form online followed by a 45-minute consultation, instead of the typical 15 minutes, to ensure you don’t feel rushed and have enough time to fully address all your concerns.

Shared
Decision-Making

We won’t tell you what you should and should not do. We will provide you with clear, honest and evidence-based information about perimenopause and menopause, so that you can make the fully informed decisions that are right for you.

Personalised

Care

Personalised, holistic care that acknowledges every women’s unique experience is our foundation as GPs. We use a bio-psychosocial lens when assessing problems and keep all the options on the table - hormonal, nutritional, lifestyle, psychological, natural. Your menopause, your way.

COMPREHENSIVE CARE, TAILORED FOR YOU

Consultation Options for Menopause and Perimenopause Care

Whether you’re new to Menopause GP or returning for ongoing care, our consultations are designed to meet you where you are. New patients begin with an initial consultation, while current patients can book follow-ups, email consultations, or repeat prescriptions as needed.

Initial Consultation

A 45 minute telehealth (phone or video) consultation to address all your perimenopause and menopause concerns. Includes any blood test forms or scan requests (with results emailed to you), referral letters and prescriptions as well as two weeks of email communication after the appointment for peace of mind.

Follow-up Consultation

A 20 minute telehealth (phone or video) consultation to review your progress. This can be any time after your Initial Consultation, but we usually recommend it at about 6-12 weeks. It is best practice to review your perimenopause and menopause treatment on an annual basis. You can continue to see us, or we can provide a handover to your local GP.

Email Consultation

We provide an Email Consultation service for our current patients. This is useful for simple issues that do not require a full Follow-up Consultation such as discussing blood test results, or changing the dosage or form (gel to patch) of Menopause Hormone Therapy.

Repeat Prescription

We provide a repeat prescription service for our current patients. Current patients include those that have had an Initial or Follow-up Consultation within the past 12 months. We will get your prescription to you within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a same-day service.
